This is a post more about how to maximize this feature for your school, if you want specific information about how school work try to look for it on the new patch page and on the forum :

After playing around with the school features, below are some info that should help everyone.
1. Every player have a max number of seek advice (click advice button). This number start off with 3, I am not sure if it will increase later.
2. Every player with a hero of literary Talent of level 3 or more can Challenge another hero of level 3 or more
3. Student receives more insight and Contribution as compared to the teacher.
4. Each teacher can have a max of 3 students.
5. Student gets attached to a teacher by pressing the Pay respect button
6. A teacher need to have 3 students attached before the students can seek advice
In order for everybody in the school to gain the maximum insight and contribution, the objective is to help everybody use up ALL advice and ALL challenges.In the below instructions, I am assuming that the school has 10 players.
– There should always be 3 teachers in the school.To be fair and even out the points for everyone, the 3 players with the lowest contribution should assign 1 hero as teacher.
For the other 7 players,
– assign heroes that you want to improve and use up the 3 advices
– If you have a hero at Literary level 3, check for any teacher or students with lvl 3 and use challenges.
– After finishing with the advice and challenge, remove the hero from the teacher with 3 students- Assign the hero (preferably lvl 3 hero) to a teacher with 0 or 1 student.
For the 3 players with lowest contribution,
– remove the teacher hero
– Assign heroes that you want to improve to another teacher and use up the advice.
– If you have a hero at Literary level 3, check for any teacher or students with lvl 3 and use challenges.
– After finishing with the advice and challenge, remove the hero from the teacher with 3 students
– Assign a hero to become the teacher
After every week, the school can review again who have lowest contribution and reassign the 3 players with lowest contribution.
– A Teacher hero from the Headmaster can take more than 3 students
– Teacher from other players can take a max of 3 students
– The player with highest contribution becomes the headmaster

– Every hero have 3 free reviews
– Every player have 3 free Private Tutor
Private tutor gives additional free advice to all students under that teacher.Since Headmaster can have more students, the way to maximize the Private tutoring is for all heroes to become students of headmaster. Headmaster use up 3 private tutor session Another player try and gain more contribution until he becomes headmaster, he assign a hero to be teacher. Everyone else assign student to the new headmaster, and repeat.
